Innovation

The cheapest drum is the one you did not have to buy again.

Both programs below attack the same thing: the recurring cost of a cleaning operation, rather than the unit price of the cleaner. One removes the mechanical damage. The other stops you throwing away chemistry that still works.

Program 01

No-Touch Vehicle Cleaning

Road film removed chemically, so nothing but the solution touches the paint.

Brushes are the cheapest part of a wash bay and the most expensive part of a fleet paint budget. A no-touch program moves the work into the chemistry: the solution lifts road film, salt and diesel soot on dwell, and the rinse carries it off. Fewer moving parts in the bay, less swirl in the finish, and a cycle an operator repeats the same way on every shift.

  • No brush contact with painted or decal surfaces
  • Consistent results independent of operator technique
  • Specified for aluminium, painted steel and stainless in one pass
  • Works with existing bay equipment

Program 02

Aqueous Recycling Washer Systems

Recover and reuse aqueous cleaners instead of dumping and rebuying them.

Most aqueous cleaner is discarded long before it stops cleaning — it is discarded when it looks dirty. Recycling separates tramp oil and solids from a bath that is otherwise still working, which extends the charge, reduces what leaves site as waste, and turns a recurring drum purchase into a maintained system.

  • Extends the working life of an existing cleaner charge
  • Reduces the volume leaving site as waste
  • Cuts repeat purchase of the same cleaner
  • A simple approach, retrofitted to washers already installed

The third program is the one written for you.

Most of what we develop never becomes a catalogue product. It becomes one plant’s cleaner, built against that plant’s water and waste stream, and documented so it can be reordered without being re-explained. If the first two programs do not describe your problem, this is the one that does.
